The Story

Hi, I’m Yoana - the heart behind YoyoHeartspace.

Long before I became a certified coach, I was always the person people came to when they needed someone to really listen. My journey has always revolved around connection and communication. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy, which gave me a deep understanding of how we express ourselves and how vital it is to feel truly heard.

From there, I worked as a carer, supporting people across different life stages and challenges. That experience taught me the power of quiet presence, empathy, and holding space for others with kindness and care.

Later, I spent years as a stylist, and my salon chair naturally turned into a safe space where people could open up, feel seen, and share their stories. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with people from all walks of life, offering more than just a new look - but real, human support.

One thing I’ve learned again and again is that most people aren’t really looking for quick answers.

They’re looking for space to express, reflect, and feel understood.

Today, I combine that gift for deep listening with my training as a certified Emotional Wellbeing Coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach - supporting people as whole human beings, not just one part of them.

Over time, I also became deeply interested in how our emotional wellbeing is connected to our physical health, energy levels, stress, sleep, and relationship with food. I noticed how often people were struggling not just emotionally, but also with exhaustion, overwhelm, irregular eating, and feeling disconnected from their bodies.

This led me to become a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, so I can support people in a more complete way - emotionally, mentally, and physically.

In my work, we gently explore how you nourish yourself, how you care for your energy, how stress affects your body, and how to build realistic habits around food, movement, and rest. There are no strict plans, diets, or pressure - just practical, compassionate guidance that fits your real life.

I believe wellbeing isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning to listen to your body, understand your patterns, and treat yourself with more respect and kindness.

I’ve also been lucky enough to travel and live in different parts of the world, which has given me a deep appreciation for different cultures and the many ways we all seek connection, love, and belonging.

All of these experiences led me to coaching and to creating YoyoHeartspace - a space for deep listening, emotional support, and integrated wellbeing.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, struggling with your relationship with food, low energy, or self-care, or simply needing someone to really hear you, I’m here. Together, we can explore your relationships (with others and with yourself), build clarity, and create healthier routines that support both your mind and body.

I believe real change begins with feeling safe, seen, and supported.
Let’s start there. 💫

My Approach to
Nutrition & Wellbeing

I believe that food and wellbeing should feel supportive, not stressful.

My approach to nutrition is gentle, realistic, and rooted in compassion. Together, we look at how you nourish yourself, manage your energy, and care for your body in everyday life - without rigid rules, guilt, or pressure.

As a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, I support you in building habits around food, rest, movement, and self-care that actually fit your lifestyle. We focus on progress, not perfection, and on creating routines that feel sustainable and kind.

Most importantly, I see nutrition as part of your emotional wellbeing. How you eat, rest, and care for yourself is deeply connected to how you feel about yourself - and we explore that together, at your pace.

What I Don’t Believe In

I don’t believe in:

  • Extreme diets or quick fixes

  • Shaming, guilt, or “all-or-nothing” thinking

  • Forcing change before you feel ready

  • Ignoring your emotional world

  • Pushing you beyond your capacity

You won’t be judged, rushed, or pressured here.

This is a space for listening, learning,

and growing.

My work is about meeting you where you are, respecting your pace, and supporting you in building change that feels safe, realistic, and lasting.
